How do I register?Next time you visit, just give the mixologist your phone number and it will automatically register you. You’ll start earning points right then and there! Do I need a physical card?Nope! It’s all registered through your phone number. No need to pull a physical card out, the mixologist will ask for your number at the end of the transaction to earn points. How do I earn points?Every dollar you spend at Sodalicious earns you a point!Where can I view my rewards?There’s an app for that! Download the app “Appcard” from the App Store and enter in your phone number. Appcard will send you a verification code. Enter that in and then you’ll be logged in! From there, you can view your rewards and receipts.What do the rewards mean?Every loyalty account starts with a $2.71 reward on it—enough for a 32 oz with 2 flavor shots! 🎉 From there, every additional point you earn goes towards a $5.00 off reward. After that, a $10.00 off reward. Sweet! How do I redeem points?The mixologist will ask if you want to earn or redeem points at the window. If you already know you have points to redeem, just let the mixologist know you want to redeem or use your points instead of earn points! Do points ever expire?Points expire two years after your last purchase. Can I load money onto my account?Not at this time, but you can purchase a gift card at any location if a physical card is more your style!Besides rewards are there any perks to having a loyalty account?Sure thing! Your loyalty card gets you a free drink on your birthday—just bring your ID. I had a bunch of points on my account before the system switch and now I can’t see them! Where did they go? Not to fear, they aren’t lost! The points will show up once you make your first purchase using your phone number with the new system. Before I had more rewards money, but now the new app is only showing a reward of $17.71—what’s going on?The new system maxes out at the $10.00 off reward. However, once that is used, it’ll just keep refilling that until you don’t have enough points to fill that reward. Help! I really don’t understand how the new system works. Can you break it down for me?No problem, we understand! With every purchase, you earn points! All of these points go into a giant pot (you can see this total at the top of the app!). Each of the three reward tiers requires a certain number of points to fill it. Once you earn enough points, Appcard will show you that that particular reward is available to redeem! Once you redeem that reward, it subtracts that many points from your total number of points. That may mean other rewards that were filled previously can no longer be filled. For example. let’s say you have a total of 140 points. The app will show that all three reward tiers are available to be redeemed—awesome! You decide to redeem the $10.00 off reward. It subtracts the 103 points required for the $10.00 off reward, leaving you with 37 points remaining. Now the app will show that you can still redeem the $2.71 reward, which requires 28 points, but you have 37 out of 52 points required for the $5.00 off reward (and 37/103 points for the $10.00 off reward).
