Smarthome RewardsPlease be advised that as of June 3rd, 2020, Smarthome no longer offers a rewards program. For Customer''s with a rewards balance:The previous rewards program did not allow redemption of points where the customer had less than 1,250 points.As such, any customer who currently has less than 1,250 reward points will not be able to redeem them.The previous rewards program allowed a maximum earned balance of 10,000 reward points.Any customer who has a rewards point balance of 1,250 or more (up to 10,000), Smarthome will be providing you a virtual gift card.The virtual gift card will be equal to the value of your reward points balance (1 reward point = $0.02).The virtual gift card will have an expiration date that matches your current rewards expiration.If you have rewards points from multiple sales, the virtual gift card will expire based on the latest expiration date. Virtual gift cards can be redeemed across multiple orders if the balance on the gift card is higher than the order total.Virtual gift cards will associated with the customer email address so they can''t be used by someone else. Virtual gift cards can be used in conjunction with coupon codes.We expect to send the virtual gift cards in June/July of 2020.This is subject to change at any time.
