Loyalty Program - Flagler Tavern

WHAT IS THE FLAGLER TAVERN LOYALTY PROGRAM?The Flagler Tavern Loyalty Program was designed to thank our wonderful guests (like you!). Rewards members receive points for Restaurant transactions by presenting your loyalty card when your pay bill. Once a guest earns 150 points, these points will be automatically redeemed for a $10 reward.HOW DO I JOIN THE FLAGLER TAVERN LOYALTY PROGRAM?If you do not already have a loyalty card or gift card, visit Flagler Tavern in person at 414 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach 32169 and request a FREE loyalty card or request your card be mailed to you by completing the form above. Once you receive your card, register your card online at FlaglerTavern.com/loyalty/. As a bonus, you will earn you 25 bonus points just for joining the program.WHAT PURCHASES QUALIFY FOR REWARDS?Restaurant purchases for food, retail merchandise and all beverages will be credited points at a rate of 1 point for every $1 dollar spent. Points will not be issued for discounts, certain excluded promotions, tax or tip. From time to time we may offer special rewards or frequent buyer bonuses.HOW DO I EARN POINTS?Your server will provide you with your check at the end of your meal. Prior to paying for this check, please present your loyalty card to your server. Your points will automatically be credited to your loyalty account and your new point balance will display on your receipt.WHAT IF I FORGET TO PRESENT MY LOYALTY CARD WHEN I PAY MY CHECK?You can submit a copy of your receipt along with your name, check number and loyalty account number to marketing@flaglertavern.com to submit your check number for points. Please note this courtesy is only extended 3 times per guest, per year. HOW DO I FIND MY CHECK NUMBER?Your dining check number is a 5-digit code that is located near the top right side of your check. Should you need further assistance, your server or bartender can help you locate your dining check number. CAN I APPLY MULTIPLE CHECKS TO MY ACCOUNT?There is a limit of 3 checks per day, per guest.HOW DO I EARN POINTS FOR MY PURCHASES AT FLAGLER TAVERN?It is easy to earn points for your Flagler Tavern purchases. Simply provide your server/bartender with your loyalty card and they will be happy to submit the check number on your behalf. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Flagler Tavern on food, retail merchandise and all beverages. Tax and gratuity are not included.HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS AT FLAGLER TAVERN?Rewards and offers will automatically be applied to your next check after they are earned.WHAT IF I FORGOT TO REDEEM MY REWARD?Your rewards are automatically applied to your check on your next visit.
