Loyalty Card Application - Root One

At Root One we operate a Customer Loyalty Club scheme. The aim of this is very simple. We want to thank our regular customers for their support and reward their loyalty.The scheme is point-based and works along the same lines as a Boot’s Card. Please note that this card can now be used throughout the garden centre including the café. Points earned can be redeemed against future purchases at any stage once the balance has exceeded 100 points.Please complete the form below to become a Root One Loyalty Club Member and our team will have your card ready to collect 2 days later, or next time you visit.Loyalty Club membership benefits include:• A welcome free drink in the Café on receipt of your membership card• Three points for every pound you spend, each point is worth 1p• Accumulate points to receive money off future purchase including in our café• Seasonal OffersJoiningRoot One Loyalty Club is operated by Root One Limited and is free to join.To join you must be over 18 and reside in the UK. Root One staff members are not eligible to join the scheme. Points cannot be accrued or redeemed by a staff member.Please contact the Loyalty Club if your personal details change or to replace lost, damaged or stolen cards (this could be subject to a charge). It must be presented at the time of payment for a qualifying transaction. Points cannot be added at a later date.Your PointsThree points are awarded for every pound you spend. Each point is worth 1p when redeemed against qualifying products. Points can be redeemed at the garden centre and café tills upon presentation of your membership card when making a purchase. Points will be deducted from your total points balance and the remainder will show on your receipt. Points can be used in part or full payment. Points cannot be redeemed against Gift vouchers. Points are non -transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.GeneralIf we identify that you hold two or more Loyalty Club accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion. Your Loyalty Club card remains the property of Root One Limited at all times and we reserve the right to vary or change the terms and conditions with reasonable notice to you by displaying notices in -store and on our website.Root One Limited reserves the right to suspend or discontinue this loyalty scheme at any time. Should Root One identify any account which has not been used for two years or more, any points accrued will be removed and the account closed.To close your account please write to Loyalty Club, Root One Garden Centre, Brightwell -cum -Sotwell, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 0PT. Once your account is closed all points are lost and your card is void. Any personal information we gather from you for the purposes of the administration of the scheme will be held securely by us in accordance with the current General Data Protection Laws, and will not be passed on to any third party.
