You will see how much loyalty you have collected on this purchase and your overall balance earned to date.Does the card expire?Your card balance has no expiry date but are lost if the relevant loyalty account is closed or the loyalty programme ends.What if my loyalty card is lost, stolen or damage?Simply tell the cashier and they will find your account details and confirm a few security details with you. Once they are happy verifying your identification, they will open a new card and link it with your existing account. How to spend my loyalty balance?You can spend your loyalty balance at any time and on anything in store. Simply hand your card to the cashier with the products you are purchasing and ask them to use your loyalty balance to pay / part-pay for items.Can I redeem my loyalty balance in cash?No. You cannot redeem the loyalty balance in cash. You can only exchange the balance on a purchase.Do I get my loyalty balance back when I exchange/refund an item?Yes, if you are taking a product back, make sure you have your receipt with you and the cashier will find your old transaction and send the balance back to your account.
