This gives you a database of customers which can be used in a variety of ways to keep regulars up to date or entice them to visit. Send text messages or emails to all or a select few of your loyalty customers, encouraging them to visit more or notifying them of special offers.When they join up, you can issue customers a swipe card that they can then hand over at the till to earn their points, or if you prefer you can simply search by name or number. Swiping a card on the till will show the owner’s name on the sale screen. The till can also display a points update after every transaction.
