The girl I spoke to said somebody would get back to me. By the day the voucher ran out I still hadn’t heard back from anybody and had to phone again and once again was told somebody would get back to me. At 5.40pm the day the voucher expired I was told that nothing could be done. Shocking service from a small business in a small town. If somebody had got back to me and let me know the day of my original call I could have at least offered my voucher to somebody else so that it didn’t go to waste. A gesture of good will was all that was needed. I asked if the… voucher could be extended, given the circumstances, or whether the value of the voucher could be put onto my account, which had been done for me on a previous visit. The girl I spoke to said somebody would get back to me. By the day the voucher ran out I still hadn’t heard back from anybody and had to phone again and once again was told somebody would get back to me. At 5.40pm the day the voucher expired I was told that nothing could be done. Shocking service from a small business in a small town. If somebody had got back to me and let me know the day of my original call I could have at least offered my voucher to somebody else so that it didn’t go to waste. A gesture of good will was all that was needed.
