Stash Loyalty TermsStash Loyalty is a loyalty platform that entitles members to earn loyalty points on purchases made in participating hospitality businesses. The loyalty points are non-transferrable and have no cash value. By registering with Stash or by using a Stash loyalty card, you’re agreeing to our terms which may be altered without direct notice to our members.Loyalty CardsEach member will be issued with a loyalty card called a Stash Loyalty card.Each Card issued will at all times remain the property of Stash Loyalty and must not be copied or reproduced in any way and on the termination of membership must be returned to Stash Loyalty via the participating venue if requested.Each Card will display the Stash name and logo.The Stash administrator must be notified immediately of any lost or stolen card. Provided the lost or stolen Card was registered, and any replacement card fee is paid, the Stash administrator will suspend that Card, issue a replacement Card and transfer the unused Reward Points Balance (as at the date the notification is actioned) to that new Card and delete the lost or stolen Card from the system.Using your loyalty card to earn pointsYou can request a Stash Loyalty card at any participating retailer and begin earning points on your purchases as soon as you have a card.You are not required to provide any of your information in order to earn points. To earn points, present your Stash loyalty card when you make a purchase at any participating Stash retailer. You will be rewarded 1 point for every $10 spent (a 10% return).On redemption each point earned is equal to One New Zealand Dollar. This rate as well as the method used for calculating points may change without prior notice and may vary as a result of public holidays, special deals or other factors.No points can be earned on an "EFTPOS cash out" transaction.No points can be earned on a Stash points redemption.A record of all Reward Points earned will be kept in the member''s Stash Loyalty account as part of the Stash platform.Points cannot be earned at a participating retailer if they have ceased to participate in the Stash programme.Members can report any alleged discrepancies in their account to the Stash administrator who will investigate the position. In the case of any dispute, the Stash administrator''s decision is final and binding. Communication is via email: info@stashloyalty.co.nz.Using your loyalty card to redeem pointsTo redeem your points, present your card to a team member at your chosen Stash loyalty venue and ask to redeem points for your purchase. Stash points cannot be used to purchase goods following the completion of a transaction in respect of those goods.Points can only be redeemed against whole items on your bill. For example, if you have 11 points, this can be redeemed against an $11 glass of winePoints cannot be redeemed as a portion of your bill. For example, if you have purchased a $50 platter, you are unable to put your 11 points towards the cost of that platter.Points must be redeemed at the time of the purchase and cannot be credited to a member’s account in arrears or at any time following the purchase.On redemption, member''s points balance in his/her account will be reduced with the earliest earned points being deducted first.To redeem points you must register on the Stash Loyalty platform.Registering as a memberTo register, please visit www.stashloyalty.co.nz and click ‘Register’. Here we will ask you for basic details about yourself and you will be asked to connect your Stash loyalty card to your new account. Please ensure you have your Stash card handy as you will need the number. Membership is free and available to anyone over the age of 18 years old.Upon registration, members will be asked to select a preferred retailer. This is the participating Stash venue with which the member is primarily associated. Normally this means the Retailer which the member is likely to frequent and patronise the most.The member can select a different Participating Retailer by updating their online profile at any time.It is the responsibility of every member to ensure that their profile and personal details as contained on the Stash database are complete, accurate, not misleading and up to date at all times.We ask you for your date of birth so that we can send you a birthday treat each year.Staff members at participating venues are not permitted to join the programme or earn points.Termination of membershipMembership may be terminated by the Stash administrator without notice at any time and without reason. Membership will be terminated if the member fails to comply with the Terms or, in the sole opinion of the Stash administrator, abuses the privileges of the programme.In the event of your membership being terminated, all accrued points will be forfeited.Points Expiry & DeductionsThe Stash administrator may deduct points where:The points are credited to a member''s account in error or fraudulentlyThe points were earned as part of a transaction which was later voided, cancelled or refunded.Points which remain unused 12 months after they have been earned will automatically expire and will be deducted from the member’s account balance.Stash Loyalty Privacy PolicyStash Loyalty is a card-based loyalty provider.By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).As part of our services, we award loyalty points and accept loyalty point redemptions in place of payment through our loyalty cards. This may include personally identifiable information such as name, email address, date of birth and other contact details. Changes to this PolicyFrom time to time, we may amend or update this Privacy Policy with or without notice to you. You may request this via info@stashloyalty.co.nz.Storage and Security of InformationAlthough we take action to minimise the risk of data loss or security breach, given the unsecure nature of the internet, we cannot give absolute assurance. Transmission of Your personal information is at Your risk, and You should only provide us with personal information from a secure environment.Storage of Credit Card detailsStash Loyalty does not store Your credit card or any other payment card details.
