Loyalty SchemeWhat do Loyalty customers get?Elite and Pro Loyalty customers are rewarded with exclusive discounts of up to 12% off RRP and are given early access to many of our offers and promotions.How do I join?Your Loyalty status is automatically applied based on your total spend on all orders to date, excluding postage costs. So when your total reaches £100, you become an Elite Loyalty customer, giving you 6% off RRP on subsequent orders. Then when your total reaches £300, you are promoted to Pro Loyalty status and your discount doubles to an incredible 12%!What''s the catch?There''s no catch - the only exceptions are that Loyalty discounts are not applied to bikes purchased with our ''free goods'' offer, or any product purchased with interest free finance.
