Argos Membership Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibilitya. Renewing Members who elected to keep their 2020 Toronto Argonauts Membership fees on their account with AHLP, are eligible to receive a food & beverage and merchandise credit equal to 10% of their 2021 Toronto Argonauts Membership cost that is listed on the account (the “Renewing Member Credit”).     New Members who (i) purchased their 2021 Toronto Argonauts Membership on or after October 1, 2020, and (ii) have paid a minimum of 10% of their 2021 Argonauts Membership cost, are eligible to receive a food & beverage and merchandise credit equal to 10% of their 2021 Toronto Argonauts Membership cost that is listed on the account (the “New Member Credit” and collectively with the Renewing Member Credit, the “Credit”).   b. To remain eligible to use the Credit, Members must maintain an active and compliant Membership in compliance with the Member Terms and Conditions, subject to any changes that may be approved by AHLP from time to time. In the event that the Member fully cancels their Membership, any Credit balance shall also be canceled.  In the event of a partial Membership cancelation (i.e., reduction of seats), or upgrade (i.e., addition of seats and/or upgrade to existing seats), the Credit balance will be adjusted to reflect the updated Membership cost for the account. c. In the event a Member requests a refund of the funds on account, which were used to establish the Credit, then (i) any portion of the Credit that has been used shall be deducted from the refund, and (ii) any Credit still on account shall be cancelled. d. In the event, with respect a Member’s Membership payment(s), a chargeback is received through the Member’s credit card provider or if a Member cheque payment bounces, the Credit on account will be automatically cancelled.‍‍2. Expiration of Credit.a. Credit must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2022 (the “Expiry Date”).   Any remaining Credit balance after the Expiry Date will expire and be of no further value. AHLP may extend the Expiry Date at its sole discretion, and any such extension shall be communicated to the Member.‍3. Items that Credit can be Used toward. Members may use the Credit for the purchase of: a.     Food and beverage at the locations listed in Section 4 below;b.     Merchandise, which consists of merchandise offers communicated by AHLP to the Member as being options available for redemption.  Note that some such offers may have a limited quantity and will be available only while supplies last; and c.      Such other items as may be specified by MLSE /AHLP from time to time‍4. Redemption Locations.Members have the option to redeem their Credit at the following locations:  a.      Scotiabank Arena – All Fixed Concessions, Hot Stove Club, Scotia Club, Platinum Club, Sher Club, Air Canada Signature Club, & In-Seat Mobile App Delivery.b.      BMO Field - All Fixed Concessions &Premium Clubs (Tunnel Club, BMO Club, West Club)c.     Coca Cola Coliseum - All Fixed Concessionsd.     RS (in restaurant only) e.     e11even (in restaurant only) f.      Real Sports Apparel  g.     Merchandise Kiosks (Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca Cola Coliseum)‍5. Management of Credit. Members must be mindful that all contacts on account who have been designated with access to the Member’s online account manager, will have the ability to access, manage and redeem the available Credit on the account.  ‍6. Transfer of Membership.‍Should any Member execute a transfer of their Membership or Personal Seat License to a new account holder of record, if the funds on account that were used to establish the Credit remain on the account as part of the transfer, then the existing Credit balance will stay with the transferor.‍
