Home  >  Customer ServiceREWARDS EARNING REWARDSThe Witchery Rewards program allows its members to earn rewards across a number of channels. You can earn these based on purchases online, in our stand alone stores and at David Jones Concessions. You cannot earn rewards based on David Jones Online purchases. Your rewards for online order are loaded up to 48 hours after the order has been dispatched. David Jones reward earning purchases will issue rewards to your account 48 hours after the purchase date. In store purchases that are eligible for rewards are issued within 24 hours of purchase date, however if you have joined the program on the date of your first purchase you are required to activate your account in order for us to issue your rewards. For more information on the types of rewards you can earn please click here.REDEEMING REWARDSYou can redeem your Witchery Rewards online or in our stand alone stores only. You cannot redeem rewards at our David Jones concessions. In order to redeem your rewards online please log into your membership profile and once at the checkout you can nominate the amount of rewards you would like to redeem. Simply present your card or email address to the friendly store team at the register to redeem your rewards when in store. When redeeming your rewards these are portioned across all items in your purchase. If you would like to return an item, you may only retain this discount when exchanging. If receiving a refund the portion of reward used will be forfeited. REWARD EXPIREDAll rewards that Witchery issues have a set expiry date, customers are required to redeem these within this expiry period. Each type of reward may have varying expiries you can view this information by clicking here. Please note our in store teams are unable to amend the expiry dates on rewards or redeem already expired rewards. REWARD MISSINGIf you have made an eligible purchase more than 48 hours ago and cannot see your reward when logged in online please feel free to contact our Customer Service team with an image of your receipt aong with your membership number. Please note online orders will not be loaded until they are complete and sent. REWARD NOT APPLYINGIf you have been emailed a reward and this is not appearing as redeemable at the checkout or shopping bag we suggest the below steps. 1. Ensure you are logged into your primary account card number. 2. Ensure your items are not a part of our OCRF range, as these cannot have rewards redeemed. If the above does not resolve your issue please get in touch with Customer Service at the "Submit Request" button below along with your membership details so the team can best assist you.

  • Online balance: follow the link to merchant's official program website. You will need to fill in account number and pin so as to retrieve card balance.
  • Phone call: call the merchant's support number and provide card details, you will be able to get reward points on the phone.
  • Invoice/ Receipt: the remaining points of the card is printed on the shopping invoice / receipt.
  • Store Counter: usually the program points could be looked up at shop or store counter
