Back in March when the Coronavirus pandemic was just getting started in Australia, we paused the Timbecon Rewards Program due to a range of factors. We honoured all outstanding vouchers and other entitlements that had been issued to all customers of the program. At a similar time we also began subsidising freight costs - a direct benefit to most of our customers that is realized every time that they order with us. This has proven to be immensely popular. Now after almost six months we have to make a decision on the status of the Rewards Program.Both of these schemes has a direct cost and due to the overwhelming popularity of our subsidised freight costs, we have decided that it makes more sense to continue offering this direct benefit to customers. Any vouchers from this Program that have been issued will still be available to be redeemed until their expiry date (Gift Vouchers purchased are not involved in this Program and have no expiry date)Any other entitlements/benefits received from the Timbecon Rewards Program will remain in place - in other words any other offers related to this program will be "grandfathered" to these select customersWe will continue to offer reduced freight costs for our two main shipping options (Standard and Express Shipping) of up to 50% to all destinations in AustraliaAny other offers made related to the Timbecon Rewards Program outside of the first two points above are withdrawnIf you require any further information or clarification on this or anything else please email us at customer.service@timbecon.com.au or call 1300 880 996.
