What should I do? This is because you may already be a customer with The House of Shoes and your account was transferred over to our new Rewards Program when it went live. Go to Sign in, click on ''forgot password'' and enter your email address. An email will be sent to create a new password for your account. Open the email for a password reset, click on the link, and then select a password for your account.
