Home / Loyalty ProgramThe Sustainababy Loyalty Rewards Program aims to reward customers for their loyal patronage. As a tiered program, the more you spend, the more you save!The program entitles members to:Discount on full-priced AND sale items (online only)Exclusive offers, promotions, competitions, great giveaways and VIP EventsBe the first to know ‘What’s New’ and be invited to pre-order exclusive stock where available.There are three easy steps to becoming a member of the Sustainababy Loyalty Rewards Program:Step 1Indicate you would like to join the loyalty rewards program by ticking the box in the Shopping Basket when you register your details.Step 2Spend a minimum of $500 in a six month period from the date of your first purchase. Upon reaching this, you will receive confirmation of your qualification. Your discount will be as follows:5% – spend between $500 – $99910% – spend greater than or equal to $1000.Step 3Each time you purchase using your login, the discount will be applied to items in your shopping basket.Terms and Conditions1. The loyalty program discount is only to be used by the loyalty rewards program member and is not transferable to other persons.2. It is required that you satisfy the minimum purchase requirements every six months from your anniversary date to remain an active loyalty program member. A minimum of $150 spend is required to retain 5% discount and $250 to retain 10% discount. In both cases, discount will be removed where the minimum spend has not been satisfied. Note: customer can re-qualify if meeting minimum spend in a subsequent six month period as per step 2 above.3. Sustainababy Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend the loyalty program at any time and without prior notice.
