Myswim is a family run business that has been operating for the past 22 years in the Blacktown, Smithfield, Bass Hill and now Revesby areas.Having a family of their own Cathy and Chris are aware of how important it is to protect children in and around water, which is why they are so passionate and dedicated to teaching children of all ages and abilities how to swim. Their passion has rubbed off on their daughters, who are actively involved in the swim school from teaching children to swim, to helping with the day to day operations.​ They began Chris Myers Swim School, in 2000 at Blacktown Aquatic Centre.  In 2005 they purchased a swim centre at Smithfield and also changed their business name to Myswim. They conducted lessons there until they sold the business in 2012. In 2013 they concluded their operations at Blacktown and started in 2015 at Bass Hill and now their new adventure in 2021 at Revesby.Chris first started coaching in 1980 at Padstow Swim School. He coached many great swimmers including the most famous of all, Ian Thorpe. Chris was at Padstow for 20 years before leaving there to start his own successful business, with his business partner and wife Cathy.​Cathy has been actively involved in the swimming industry since 2000. Cathy has full ASCTA Swim Australia/Austswim Accreditation for teaching infants, adults, people with a disability and diverse backgrounds and children of a squad level. She is a Diamond level member of ASCTA Swim Australia which means that she is well known within theswimming community for her passion in the swim industry and ensuring that everyone person has the chance to learn how to swim no matter your age or ability. She has presented at several of the NSW and National ASCTA conferences. Cathy has her cert IV in Training and Assessment which allows her to be an assessor for ASCTA Swim Australia and Austswim and a presenter for the ASCTA Swim Australia Courses.

Myswim has several reward systems in place to say thank you for being part of our community.  Whether your encouraging people to join us or continuing to swim all year round we believe in thanking our customers by offering discounts on your account. Please see below our reward systemsLoyalty ProgramSwimming with us has its advantages.  Swim continuously for 1 year and you will receive 2% discount on your fees.  Swim continuously for 2 years and you will receive 4% discount.  3 years continuous Swimming you will receive 6% discount. Further years of Swimming continuously with us will still receive the 6% discount on your fees but you will also receive one of the following for each additional year you stay with us.1 x FREE cap 4th year1 x FREE goggles 5th year1 x FREE private swim lesson 6th year2  x FREE private swim lessons 7th yearRefer a friend By encouraging family and friends to swim with us both you and your friend can save money.  For every child that joins our swim school and pays for a term,  both you and your friend will receive a one off discount of $35 on your fees.  There is no limit to the amount of friends you can refer, so therefore, there is no limit in the amount of savings you can get.  Early Payment Discount Pay the term by the due date to receive 10% on the balance of your fees.  This is an additional discount offered to you and is in addition to your loyalty discount Term and ConditionsRefer a friend is only available to new customers joining Myswim.  If 2 people have referred you only 1 person will receive the discount.  You need to be enrolled into the program to receive the discount.   Loyalty discount only applies to continuous enrolment.  If you are unable to attend due to holidays, an injury or any other reason then see the office for your options so that continuous enrolment can be attained.  Early Payment discount will not be offered outside the term due dates.
