Free Professional Training and QualificationsDrive delivers a comprehensive and professional training programme for all staff , from induction and probation, through to obtaining a recognised QCF qualification.Sleep-in paymentsDrive currently pay a £65.68 sleep-in to staff working a sleeping in shift.Free Confidential Counselling ServiceDrive offers a free professional and confidential counselling service to all staff.  Our counsellors are members of the BACP and are highly qualified and experienced.Paid Travel ExpensesDrive pay travel expenses at 45p per mile to all staff who have business cover, and who are required to use their own vehicles whilst in work.Staff RewardsWe have a range of benefits employees can access including:Free DBS checksDrive covers the cost for all new and existing staff to obtain an enhanced DBS check.  We ensure the DBS invoice Drive directly and there is no inconvenience or cost to the member of staff.Auto-enrolment Pension SchemeDrive operate an auto enrolment pension scheme.  We also have an appointed independent financial advisor who you are able to meet with and ask advice on your personal pension at your request.Contact the Drive Office Payroll Department for details on pension payments and Drive’s  HR Department for details of how to contact and/or meet with  our independent financial advisor (01443) 845260
