How do I join the rewards club?If you''ve already created a store account then congratulations, you’re already enrolled! If not, simply create your store account and you’ll start earning rewards right away, with 1,500 bonus points just for signing up (because it feels good to give a little 😉).How do I check my balance and redeem points?First, make sure you’re logged in to your Erstwilder account. Then, click or select the ERSTWILDER REWARDS icon (if you’re on a computer or laptop) or the stars icon at the bottom left of the screen if you you’re visiting on mobile. A pop up will appear and this is your rewards ‘home-base’. From here you’ll be able to view your rewards points total, redeem rewards with your points, browse any rewards you’ve redeemed but not yet used, check out all the ways to earn points, and all the rewards we have on offer, see how many friends referrals have been completed, and grab your personalised link which you can share on social, via email, sms, or anywhere else, to get more of those rewarding referrals!I claimed a reward by accident, can I get my points back?Of course! Simply email the team at hello@erstwilder.com and we''ll assist with cancelling the reward and setting your points balance right.I forgot to apply my rewards discount at checkout. What do I do now?Firstly, don''t worry! We can help here. You can either use the code on your next purchase, or simply email the team at hello@erstwilder.com with your order number and the discount code you were intending on using. We''ll be able to manually adjust your points balance and refund you the discount amount you intended to claim.I redeemed a rewards code but can''t find it!With our program, nothing is lost!
