We are committed to supporting organisations that provide non-face-to-face advice, support and information to improve general wellbeing. We offer training, a Helplines Standard, and consultancy to help build sustainability and promote excellence, choice and accessibility for everyone. Please note, we are the membership body for helplines and not the regulator. Any feedback regarding helplines should be forwarded to the helpline direct, following the appropriate procedures. If you require further support regarding your feedback/complaints requirements, please visit The Charity Commission.

Rewards10% Open Training Reward:We offer organisations (member and non-member) booking 3 or more open training courses on the same day a 10% discount on your booking.Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be used once within a 12 month rolling period. The reward can be applied to a maximum of 3 bookings made on the same day. (This reward applies to virtual and face to face open training).10% Member Inhouse Training Reward:We offer a 10% reward when members book three or more Virtual Inhouse or Inhouse training sessions within the same agreement.15% Member Loyalty Reward:We offer a 15% reward to members (exclusively) on training or consultancy in year three of membership. Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be applied within one training agreement when you meet year three of membership. This is a one time reward.If you have any questions regarding rewards, please call us on (0) 300 330 7777 or contact training@helplines.orgCancellation PolicyIf you wish to cancel an agreed training event, this should be confirmed in writing. The following fees are payable:Within 7 calendar days of event: Full fee 7-21 calendar days before event: 50% fee Over 21 calendar days before event: 30% fee If we cancel the course, a full refund will be given for any monies paid or the course can be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
