Given the success that we have had, the team at JR have therefore decided to introduce a loyalty program to reward you, our candidate, for any person you refer across.So, do you know someone? Here is where is gets interesting.  You can either cash this out in a voucher or you can decide to bank your referral and send us a new candidate. If you send us two you can then cash the value out at £100. This could be a spa day/ night away, meal out or voucher etc. So the long and short of it, the more referrals the higher the value of the cash out prize. The loyalty scheme will reset every 3 months but of course you will be entitled to the value of your points at the end of the three month period if you do not cash out.For example, if you accumulate 5 loyalty points over any 3-month period, you can ‘cash out’ & earn a prize to the value of £250. The only question is, why wouldn’t you?!
