What is fas REWARDS ® ?Our free customer appreciation program to say “thank you” for your business. When you make a purchase at one of our participating fas REWARDS locations, you earn points to spend however you like!** Some exclusions may apply, see store for details. Certain items are not eligible to earn points. In addition to any items for which points may not be earned under applicable law, points cannot be earned for purchases of money orders, money transfers, gift cards, stored value cards and any other similar cards provided by Incomm, lottery purchases and payouts, and cigarette purchases, except, in each case, in the case of specially announced limited time promotions.How much is each fas REWARDS point worth?Automatic conversion to $1.00 in fas BUCKS or 5 cents off each gallon of fuel up to 20 gallons fuel reward when customer earns 250 fas REWARDS points.  Restrictions vary by state.  Subject to terms and conditions found here!How do I enroll?There are 3 easy ways to enroll.  (1) Call the toll-free number on your card: 1-844-400-1035; (2). Enroll online at www.fasREWARDS.com; or. (3) Download our free fas REWARDS app to enroll, check your points balance and available offers, find participating locations and access your virtual card. Once your card is enrolled you can start spending your points!What happens if I lose my card? Do I lose my points? If your card is enrolled you will not lose your points. Simply grab a new card from the cashier and call the toll-free number on the back of the card. A customer service agent will help transfer your information to your new card.Do fas REWARDS ® points expire? Under the current fas REWARDS expiration policy, fas REWARDS® points expire if an account has had 90-days of inactivity. Effective November 4, 2020, (i) fas REWARDS® points that have not been converted to an award (either in fas BUCKS or fuel rewards) will expire if a card has had 90-days of inactivity at any time and (ii) once 250 fas REWARDS® points converts to an award (either in fas BUCKS or fuel rewards), the award expires after 90 days regardless of activity on the account. This new policy applies to all points earned at any time, including points earned prior to November 4, 2020.  If you have not used your card to either earn or redeem for an entire 90-day period (looking back from the current date), your point balance will be cleared out.Does my card need to be present to earn and spend points?No. Once your card is enrolled, you can type in your 10-digit phone number. Download our mobile app to enroll and start using the virtual card feature, as well.Can I spend points even if I do not have enough value to cover the entire cost of my purchase?Yes! You can pay the remaining amount with cash, credit or debit.What is the fas PUNCH Club program? Use your fas REWARDS® when purchasing a qualifying club item to earn an electronic punch. Accumulate enough punches and you will receive a free item or special deal. Track your club progress on the mobile app (club programs may vary per store).
