You are entirely responsible for the security of your card, and we will not reimburse you for any unauthorized use of your card up to the point of notifying us. At that stage we will deactivate your card, transfer the balance to a new card and send this new card to you. You must notify us of any address changes otherwise we can not be responsible for any loss if it is sent to an old address.If you have not registered your card, unfortunately the risk is entirely yours. We have no way of verifying you or your card. We recommend you register your card as it will increase the security you have if it''s lost or stolen.[ Top ]Q. Do I need to get a new card every year?A. No. We will keep the details from the previous year and start the clock again on December 1 of each subsequent year for any further funds you add to your Christmas Club Card.[ Top ]Q.
