This Loyalty Card only applies to the customers and clients of this shop and is not, unless expressly communicated, applicable to any other business or entity.The Do It Yourself Shop Loyalty Card (DIY Loyalty Card) is our way to thank customers for their support of our services and business. We believe that this is a simple way to reward our customers for their support of us.Loyalty Card benefitsThe DIY Loyalty Card benefits are the following:A discount on a specific item in the store which is identified and promoted by the owners and management of the Do It Yourself Shop. This discount applies each time a loyalty card is completed and is handed to the cashier. The discount is specific to one card only and may not be accumulated.Each loyalty card, with completed contact details and loyalty blocks, which is inserted into the loyalty card box at the time of the expiry date on the card, will be included in a quarterly draw for a prize which is specified by the owners and management of the Do It Yourself Shop.Any other promotion which is identified by the owners and management of the Do It Yourself Shop which is communicated directly to Loyalty Card holders will benefit from the Loyalty programme.Loyalty Card featuresThe DIY Loyalty Card takes the form of a small business card.Each DIY Loyalty Card contains loyalty blocks numbered 1-10.Each DIY Loyalty Card contains an Expiry date. This expiry date indicates the closing date for the upcoming Loyalty Card holder draw. The Expiry date does not indicate the date on which the card expires, and can be used after the expiry date. We will include a completed card in the following quarterly draw.Each DIY Loyalty Card contains a contact details block on the reverse side of the card. By completing these details you give permission for the Do It Yourself shop to include your name in the quarterly draw, to record your details as a customer on the Do It Yourself database of customers and to allow the Do It Yourself Shop to send you an introductory marketing email inviting you to become a newsletter subscriber of the Do It Yourself Shop. All communication in this manner will comply with the POPI Act of 2021.Loyalty Card ProcessEach time a customer purchases to a value greater than R100, a cashier will stamp one of the numbered loyalty card blocks.Once the customer has completed 10 stamps, the customer completes the Contact Details block on the reverse side of the card, and hands it to the Cashier.The Cashier will insert the card into the Giveaway Draw box and hand the customer another loyalty card.One purchase to any value = one stamped block. In other words a purchase of R1000-00 does not equate to 10 stamps.Multiple loyalty cards may apply to a single draw period, the more you purchase, the more completed cards you are able to include in the draw for a specific period.In the event that the expiry date reflected on the loyalty card is past i.e. Expired, the DIY Loyalty Card may continue to be used. Once completed and handed to the cashier, the DIY Loyalty Card will be included in the following draw. All other benefits continue.Client and Supplier participation in the Loyalty CardAny client or supplier who would like to participate as a prize draw supplier must please contact Jackie on accounts@doityourselfshop.co.za. Negotiations of prize value and participation will be agreed with Jackie. The Do It Yourself Shop will include prize sponsors in a social media campaign, on the Do It Yourself website and through all other communication channels, at its disposal, for the period concerned. An exposure document will be provided for the sponsor’s benefit.
