Three Lane Ends Academy - Behaviour & Rewards

At the beginning of each session/day, all pupils are provided with a fresh start and are on green. Staff will give pupils verbal and non-verbal reminders of the conduct expectations before moving them to amber. If the pupil continues to make choices that conflict with the behaviour policy, they will then be moved to red, when further sanctions are employed.*There is an escalation to this system, which is explained in our school Behaviour Policy.Behaviour PolicySENDFor pupils who have been identified as having additional needs, we adapt the behaviour policy and provide additional support. Further information in regard to this can be obtained from Geoff Billing (SENCo).
