If you’re interested in signing up, just ask any of our members of staff at the checkout and they will give you one of our Loyalty Forms to fill out. All you need to provide is your:Name – so we know who you areEmail Address – so we can send you updates on the latest offers we are runningPhone Number – so we can contact you if there are any issuesPostcode – for research purposes, so we can see where our customers are coming fromDate of Birth – for research purposes, so we can see the average age of our customersJust fill in the form and return it to a member of staff. We will swap your complete form for one of our loyalty cards and key fobs.Please note that we do have to load the loyalty cards onto the system manually, so please allow up to 7 days for your card to be activated.
