FAQSHow do I get started with Stash Loyalty?It’s simple! Just go to the register tab on this website and fill in the simple details. Once you have registered, you’ll receive an email. Click the confirmation link in this email and you’re all ready to go, you can start earning points straight away! If you have a card that was issued to you previously, you no longer need this and we no longer issue physical cards. How do I earn and redeem points?To earn and redeem points, all you need to do is mention your name before the transaction has occurred. The venue team will add and redeem points for you on the spot.Where can I use my Stash Loyalty?Stash Loyalty can be used at The Paddington, Malt Public House, De Fontein Belgian Beer Café and De Post Belgian Beer Café so that you can earn and redeem points at whichever venue you choose.How do I check my points balance?Once you’ve registered, you can return to the Stash website, and log in with your email and the password you created when you registered. This will take you to your Stash dashboard where you can see your transactions and points balance.Do my points expire?Yes, Stash points expire after 12 monthsI’ve forgotten my password, how do I access my dashboard?No problem, just click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link when you go to the login panel on the Stash Loyalty website and a password reset link will be sent to your email address.
