What is the BW Loyalty Program?Since 1989, Burger Wisconsin has grown thanks to the loyal patronage of our guests. We want to thank those who have stood beside us all of these years and continue to encourage others to become loyal patrons as well. The BW Loyalty program allows us to do both.Why should I join?For every ten dollars you spend at any participating Burger Wisconsin restaurant, we reward you with ten points, that’s 10% back on your loyalty account. Accumulate points to get rewards. How do I become a BW loyalty program member?You can become a member by visiting https://burger-wisconsin.appropo.io/download to download our app. Once downloaded you will be onboarded with a series of questions to complete your signup. Once completed the app will generate a barcode that represents your account which you will scan before you finalise your purchase.On what types of purchases can I accrue points?You can accrue points on any regular purchase. If you receive a discount your BW Loyalty program points will not be added to your account. If you buy gift cards or t-shirts for your family and friends at you will get points for those purchases, as well.Can I earn points using the online ordering system?Yes, you can. Just login to your BW Loyalty program account and place your order.  If you pay for your order online, your points will be added to your account. If you select pay on pickup, you will need to scan your barcode in our App before your purchase is finalised instore. Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for your points to show on your account.How many items can I redeem at once?Redemptions are limited to one product per transaction only.If my friends and I all have BW Loyalty program accounts and go to eat together, can we split the points up onto each account?Unfortunately, we cannot split points off of one guest transaction. If everyone in your party has an a, they must each have a separate transaction and present their app. Or flip a coin to see who gets all the loyalty points loaded on their account.What if I have a meal at Burger Wisconsin, but forget phone – can I still get my points?Unfortunately, no you need your app! We need to account barcode at the time or purchase in order for you to receive your points.Free Birthday BurgerThe free birthday burger is awarded to BW Loyalty program members at the beginning of their birthday month. You must be a registered BW Loyalty program member prior to your birthday month and have made a purchase (on your BW Loyalty account) from Burger Wisconsin in the six months prior to your birthday month in order to qualify. If you meet all of these conditions then a birthday reward email will be sent to your email account on the first day of your birthday month. Make sure you have subscribed to receive emails from us (before your birthday month). To redeem your free birthday meal simply Visit in store (birthday meals cannot be used online)Scan your BW Loyalty program barcode located in the app.Show cashier your birthday reward email that was delivered to your inbox (either printed or on your phone).Provide photo identification (we gotta make sure it’s you). If you qualify, you will receive one free birthday meal up to the value of $15.00.
